Your First Visit to Our Keller Practice

We try to make the first visit as easy as possible. Most people are nervous about seeing a doctor to begin with, so we try to put you at ease.

This visit is to get as much information as possible so that Dr. Kinnison can identify what is causing you health issues. After a thorough consultation and postural examination, Dr. Kinnison will recommend x-rays of the affected area, as needed, so he can see how long these issues have been affecting the body.

We explain everything up front so we can keep the surprises to a minimum.

Your Second Visit to Our Keller Practice

After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

This is usually attended to on your second visit, which may be later the same day or the following. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit
  • Gives us time to correlate our findings
  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of Dr. Kinnison, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.

Regular Visits

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many practice members become concerned that every visit will be of equal length.

In a word: no. A typical visit may require just five to 10 minutes.

But don’t think the brevity of a regular visit lessens its value! With the groundwork laid, we can quickly size up the condition of your spine and nervous system, adjust you and get you on your way.

Like a regular workout at the gym, each visit builds on the ones before. Miss a visit and you can lose the momentum necessary to make the needed changes.

We recognize your time is valuable. So we do everything possible to run on time and minimize the impact on your busy life.

Dr. Kinnison Asks some important questions of interest to Keller residents - Chiropractor Keller Dr. Kinnison Asks...

Can chiropractic cure a child's ear infections?
Chiropractic isn't a cure for anything. Nor is it a treatment for ear infections. However, many children who suffer with ear infections also suffer from spinal problems in their neck, compromising nerves to the ear, depressing the immune system and preventing proper drainage. Can chiropractic help? Find out!
Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Keller chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
